匯博輔導(dǎo)學(xué)生守則

1、尊敬師長，尊敬長輩，團結(jié)友愛，同學(xué)遇到困難要互相幫助。舉止文明，禮貌待人，不說臟話，不叫同學(xué)綽號，同學(xué)之間不得吵架，更不得打架斗毆。

2、自覺遵守課堂紀(jì)律，不大聲喧嘩、嬉鬧。自己認(rèn)真完成作業(yè)，獨立思考，不懂就問。

3、愛護公物，不亂涂亂畫課桌及墻面，不損壞公共設(shè)施。

4、保持教室整潔，自己的物品要擺放整齊，不隨地亂丟果皮、紙屑等東西。

5、講究衛(wèi)生，用餐之前要洗手。用水、用電后要隨手關(guān)上，不浪費糧食，用餐和飲水后

餐具和水杯不亂擺亂放，要有序放回指定位置。禁止進入廚房。

關(guān)于設(shè)立“曲陽匯博影院”的申請

一、申請人基本情況：楊自堯 男 1980年出生，大專學(xué)歷 河 北省曲陽縣靈山鎮(zhèn)朱家峪村人 現(xiàn)居住于曲陽縣富成莊園小區(qū)

二、申請事項：在曲陽縣惠友購物廣場成立“曲陽匯博影院”。

三、申請理由：根據(jù)《國務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于促進電影產(chǎn)業(yè)繁榮發(fā) 展的指導(dǎo)意見》（國辦發(fā)〔2010〕9號）精神。電影是深受人民群眾喜聞樂見的文藝形式，堅持大眾藝術(shù)為大眾，滿足人民群眾的精神文化需求，是電影工作的根本要求。繁榮發(fā)展電影產(chǎn)業(yè)，是社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下保障人民群眾基本文化權(quán)益、滿足人民精神文化需求的重要途徑。電影不僅僅是一種消費，更是一個地區(qū)文化底蘊的直觀表現(xiàn)，精神文明建設(shè)的一種體現(xiàn)。曲陽匯博影院的成立將為曲陽縣廣大人民群眾休閑娛樂文化生活添加新的活力。

“曲陽匯博影院”投資300萬元，面積900平方米，位置位于我縣 匯博財富廣場——“惠友商場”五層。影院設(shè)立影廳4個，2k帶3d功能影廳兩個，1.3k影廳兩個，另附有4d體驗廳一個。影院整體由河北麗都建筑裝飾工程有限公司負(fù)責(zé)設(shè)計，裝修依據(jù)地級市現(xiàn)代化影院標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，目前已經(jīng)完成，并取得了消防驗收證書和衛(wèi)生許可證書，影院名稱已在工商局預(yù)備案。現(xiàn)有應(yīng)聘員工23名，其中放映員7名在隸屬河北電影公司的金棕櫚影城和放映設(shè)備公司——科視公司參加了數(shù)字放映培訓(xùn)。曲陽匯博影院將在我縣打造一個視覺、聽覺、感覺一流水平的多廳式現(xiàn)代化影視城。

關(guān)于成立“曲陽匯博影院”情況的說明

尊敬的縣領(lǐng)導(dǎo)：

曲陽匯博影院位于曲陽縣匯博金地財富廣場——惠友商場五層，影院實際面積900平方米，在河北省電影公司所屬的金棕櫚影城指導(dǎo)下進行設(shè)計裝修。整體設(shè)計由具有國家乙級設(shè)計資質(zhì)的河北麗都建筑裝飾工程有限公司完成，裝修完全依據(jù)地級市現(xiàn)代化影院為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

曲陽匯博影院共計4個廳，兩個2k帶3d功能的影廳，能同步上映國內(nèi)外影片，兩個1.3k影廳。座位共計350個，另附有一個現(xiàn)代化4d影廳，為北京一品紅公司連鎖經(jīng)營。影院總體投資共計350萬元，裝修已經(jīng)完成，并取得了消防驗收證書和衛(wèi)生許可證書，影院名稱已在工商局預(yù)備案。現(xiàn)急需辦理放映許可證交到省電影公司、北京國家電影總局進行備案和放映密鑰的發(fā)放。

曲陽影院的建設(shè)我們是通過為期3個月的考察和市場調(diào)研而決定投資的一個文化娛樂項目，我們投資影院建設(shè)的出發(fā)點有以下幾點：

1、國家政府扶持和鼓勵私人投資數(shù)字影院建設(shè)；

2、2011年河北省宣傳部大力支持縣城數(shù)字影院建設(shè)為我們指明了數(shù)字影院建設(shè)的方向——數(shù)字影院建設(shè)是國家五年計劃的一個重點項目，是精神文明建設(shè)的一個重要組成部分。

3、我縣人民對現(xiàn)代化數(shù)字影院有強烈的觀影文化需求；

4、在和河北電影公司、中聯(lián)院線的溝通過程中，均表示了大力的支持。

5、電影院是大眾娛樂文化消費，能更好的和現(xiàn)代化精神文明建設(shè)有機的相結(jié)合。也是縣城精神文明建設(shè)的一個重

要體現(xiàn)。

基于以上五點，我們通過各種途徑籌資興建了曲陽匯博影院，裝修已經(jīng)在年前完成。但是在申請放映許可證是我們遇到了前所未有的阻力。因去年曲陽新建了一個1個廳的宏州影院，曲陽文廣新局不再進行第二家的放映許可證的辦理。（宏州影院位于曲陽雕刻廣場的西側(cè)，就一個容納110人的影廳，在設(shè)計及裝修上均不能達到現(xiàn)代化影院的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，在前期開張火了幾天后一直不景氣。）我們站在政府和諧發(fā)展的角度上，避免因?qū)σ恍┫嚓P(guān)政策的不理解導(dǎo)致誤會的產(chǎn)生，我們通過相關(guān)途徑對許可證的辦理進行了溝通和調(diào)解，但是最終的答復(fù)是不能給我們的申請簽字蓋章。原因為曲陽文廣新局答應(yīng)了宏州影院曲陽只能有一家影院。

我是一名80后的年輕人，投資興建這個影院主要是了解了國家的對影院的一些相關(guān)政策，但我不明白為什么到了我們縣里就這么難，我們沒有拿著這些錢去做一些投機生意，而是想踏踏實實的做一些對社會發(fā)展有好處的實體事業(yè)。在投資的前期我明白發(fā)展影院的難處，但不是手續(xù)難，而是長期經(jīng)營影院對于不是很發(fā)達縣城來說不是很成熟，一般縣城影院的建設(shè)不是很景氣并具有很大的投資風(fēng)險。但是我們經(jīng)過了長期的考察和慎重的考慮我們有信心和決心發(fā)展好我們縣的電影文化市場。

我們還是年輕的一代，創(chuàng)業(yè)是我們最大的夢想，我們所投資的350萬元大部分是我們通過私人關(guān)系借的錢，沒想到就讓我們這樣擱淺了這里，這段時間給了我們很大的打擊。我們年輕人在自己的家鄉(xiāng)

想創(chuàng)業(yè)就這么難嗎？我們年輕人不怕輸不起，但是對沒有開展工作因這種事情讓我們“死于非命”，我們是真心不甘。我們從開始就沒想走到這一步，不想給領(lǐng)導(dǎo)添麻煩，只想通過我們踏實、實干做出一番自己事業(yè)，為自己的家鄉(xiāng)做一份應(yīng)有的貢獻。而現(xiàn)在我們每個月的房租、部分員工的開支和我們投資350萬的利息，每個月的損失就在20萬左右，給我們帶來了極大的壓力。
