為了培養正確的人生觀和價值觀，作為學校管理者，應根據具體問題積極進行有意識地疏導和“灌輸”，對當前社會和學校的一些熱點問題進行宣傳介紹，分析說理，開闊了教職工的視野，提高了思想水平。
4、以人為本，發揚民主，推進各項改革，實現民主治校。
隨著以人為本和依法治校思想的深入，要形成以尊重人、關心人、激勵人為出發點，充分激發個人的工作熱情，發揮個人特長，團結協作，群策群力，促進學校工作全面發展的良好局面。
還權于教師，事關學校改革與發展以及教師們普遍關心的重大事項，將由校委會形成方案交全體教師討論并公決，把民主落到實處。
同時，我們積極發揚民主，強化以教師為主體的教職工代表大會的工作職能，以公平、公正、公開為原則，實行民主辦校，切實保障教職工參與民主管理。每學期都要召開教代會，認真實行校務公開，充分相信群眾，尊重群眾的民主權力，擴大教代會介入學校管理的過程和范圍;建立學校工作情況的定期通報和工作計劃的預報制度，保障教職工對學校重大事務的知情權和監督權，使每個人都能關心學校的工作。
二、樹立正確的教師觀、學生觀，全面推進質量建設工程。
我們應該怎樣做教師?教師應該怎樣對待學生?我將兩個問題結合起來思考，應該構成辦高質量高品位教育的關鍵。我覺得應該遵循“尊重、關愛、引領、成全”八個字的基本理念。
1、教師應該真誠尊重每一個學生
所謂尊重，就是正視和接受學生的現實狀態。現代社會已經進入一個資訊極其發達的時代。舊時代的人，其知識來源、對社會的認知，基本源頭來自于父母、師長，因此，很容易和父母、師長擁有共同的認知。現在孩子們獲取的知識與資訊，幾乎有九成都是從電視、報紙、雜志和網絡上來的，當父母親們都忙于柴米油鹽而在社會上努力打拼時，對子女的教養及知識的灌輸已經顯得無能為力。盡管我們都活在同一個時代，但所獲得的資訊，已經出現一道道"代溝"，由孩子們的眼光來看我們，應該是我們out啦!
所以，教育者一定要尊重學生。尊重每一個學生的個性，尊重學生不同的生活方式、學習方式、審美情趣和價值取向，尊重學生成長的過程和規律。
2、教師應該真心關愛每一個學生
所謂關愛，就是理解學生情緒、感受，把握學生的心理發展走向。
開學一個月了，你教的是一個新生班。這時候，你是否能叫出每個學生的名字?批改期中考試卷的時候，你能否從一段作文、一個文字題的解答判斷出這份試卷是誰的?在你布置作業的時候，你知道某個題目哪些學生會答得很漂亮;而另幾名同學會遇到一些困難嗎?
教育是一門交流的藝術。只有充滿尊重和關愛學生，才會與學生有效溝通，并順利實現教育的目標。
3、教師要學會引領學生健康成長
所謂引領，就是指出學生可能達到的發展高度，點燃其發展的內在動力，培養其自我認知和自我控制的能力。
一根柔軟的面條，你可以在前面拖動，卻很難從后面推進。孩子的教育也是如此，不要怕孩子犯錯誤，在孩子漫長的成長過程中，成功和失敗都是教育和引導的契機。所以，我們要做學生的引領者，用語言和用行動告訴孩子：學會思考和判斷，學會對自己的行為負責，學會在錯誤中吸取教訓。這就是我所說的"引領"。
4、教師要樂于并且致力于成就學生
所謂成全，就是盡一切努力，幫助孩子實現自我發展，實現成功與卓越。
我們學校辦了一期優秀教師介紹專刊，有兩位"優秀骨干教師"的照片被學生摳掉了眼睛。我們看好的老師，學生并不買賬，甚至反感到"刻骨銘心"。
這件事對我的觸動很深。教師應該做成就學生的伯樂，而不是管教和制服學生的警察。學生不是一個需要管教的對象，教師的責任，首先不是"監督"而是"發現";高明的教師要接納學生的差異，視每一個學生為獨特的、有價值的個體;發掘每個學生的長處，同時也包容他的短處，通過揚長避短，培養孩子的自信，最終幫助他們獲得成功。
三、加強校風建設和安全教育，全力推進安全穩定工程。
校風，是由領導作風、教師教風和學生學風構成。它是學校精神文明建設的重要標志在領導作風方面，我要努力鉆研業務，親臨教學第一線，帶頭搞好教育教學工作，按教育規律辦事;關心教職工生活，多為教職工辦實事，努力做好教職工的后勤保障。
